Find the right way to put AI to work in your business.
Aenta AI works as your practical AI partner: understanding how the business runs, finding the friction worth fixing and delivering the lightest useful intervention — from adoption and automations to AI Operating System and agents.
The request takes two minutes. Every submission is reviewed personally.
- Complimentary if we’re a fit
- Your written roadmap is yours
- No obligation to build
Choose the part of the operation you want AI to carry.
Each service solves a different constraint. Start with the one that sounds most like the work slowing you down — or request an assessment and Aenta will help you choose.
Four levels of help, from a lighter start to deeper infrastructure.
The depth increases from left to right, but this is not a required sequence. Start with the lightest intervention that solves the constraint.
Turn the AI you already use into repeatable team workflows.
Organise scattered ChatGPT or Claude use into shared context, clear workflow briefs and two or three recurring tasks the team can repeat.
Explore Adoption- Keep using ChatGPT or Claude where it fits
- Reusable context, workflow briefs and review rules
- Two or three bounded workflows with training and handover
Make routine work move without you.
Connect the tools you already use around a stable trigger, clear rules and human handling for exceptions.
Explore Automations- Triggers and handoffs across existing tools
- Exception paths and human review points
- A measured baseline, test plan and handover
Give AI the context to produce consistent work.
Organise trusted business knowledge, reusable skills and approved tools so the team does not rebuild the brief every time.
Explore AI Operating System- Trusted context files and operating standards
- Reusable skills for recurring business work
- Controlled tool access and review loops
Delegate a defined role to an AI agent.
Set up an assistant or voice agent with the context, tools, permissions and human approval required to carry the work forward.
Explore Agents- One assistant or voice role with a clear job
- Narrow permissions and explicit approval gates
- Testing, monitoring, maintenance and handover
What useful AI should change inside the business.
“Aenta broke AI down from a scary moving target into practical ways we could use it in the business. We left with a clearer plan and the confidence to keep building on it.”
“I did not need another list of AI tools. I needed someone to show me where the money and time were actually leaking. That is what Aenta helped us see.”
“The biggest change was not one clever automation. It was finally having a way to decide what AI should handle, what the team should review and what still needed me.”
“What felt like a technical monster became a series of small, sensible decisions. We could see the first useful step instead of trying to transform everything at once.”
“Aenta gave us more than prompts. We came away with the context, habits and review process to keep using AI well after the initial setup.”
“We stopped rebuilding the same work from scratch. The team now has a reliable starting point, and I have more room in the week for customers and the offer.”
“The assessment was refreshingly honest. Aenta told us which ideas were worth pursuing, which were premature and where a simple process fix would beat an expensive build.”
“I feel equipped now. I know how to brief the AI, give it the right material, review the result and turn a good experiment into something the team can repeat.”
“The work that used to sit with me until Friday now moves earlier in the week. I still approve what matters, but I am no longer the person pushing every step forward.”
“Buying back a few hours was valuable. Knowing how to keep finding the next constraint was even more useful. It changed the way we look at the operation.”

A practical roadmap before you spend money on a build.
-
01 / Fit call
Understand the constraints worth tackling
A focused 20-minute conversation to understand the operation and decide whether a full audit is worthwhile.
-
02 / Deep dive
Follow the work
We map the workflow, people, tools, delays and cost of leaving the constraint in place.
-
03 / Roadmap
Know what to do first
Receive your top three opportunities, ranked by value and effort, with a recommendation for the first build.
The roadmap gives each opportunity a number, not just an idea.
Time and delivery estimates are calculated from your workflow during the audit. Bracketed figures are placeholders until the business is assessed.
See where your business can buy back time.
Tell me what keeps pulling you into the operation and what growth would look like if that work stopped depending on you.
I review every request personally. If I believe I can help, we’ll have a short conversation to test the fit and explore what could become possible — no automated verdict and no hard sell.
- 01Tell me about the business.
- 02Share the work that keeps returning to you.
- 03I’ll reply personally if there is a useful next step.

Yes. We start with how the work moves, explain the system in plain language and train the people who will use it.
ChatGPT is a tool. We design the full workflow around it: inputs, business context, approval points, handoffs and measurement.
The initial assessment and opportunity audit are complimentary for businesses I believe I can genuinely help. Any build is scoped and priced separately before you decide.
About 90 minutes in total: a short fit call, one focused working session and any clarification needed to finish the roadmap.
Then you should not buy a build. If the opportunity is not worth more than the audit costs, you do not pay.
